About Care Australia
Care Australia Essential Pty Ltd (CAE) is an NDIS registered provider offering Allied Health and Support Coordination services to children and adults across Victoria.
We work alongside people with disability to help them understand their options, build skills, and work towards goals that matter to them. Our role is to make the NDIS easier to understand and use — while providing professional, practical support that fits each person’s life.
Our Approach
We believe good support starts with listening. Our approach is respectful, person‑centred, and shaped around what matters most to each person. We take the time to explain things clearly, adapt as needs change, and focus on steady, long‑term progress rather than quick fixes.
Participants are active partners in everything we do. Their goals, preferences, and lived experience guide our work, and we aim to provide guidance that feels supportive, practical, and easy to understand.

We also regularly reflect on our work so we can continue improving, learning, and adapting as people’s goals and circumstances change.
